Mission description

CI manager is a key player in the change management strategy from SLS and Safran group. He/She works closely with the general manager in the deployment of the strategic objectives of the company thru the planning, execution and monitoring of the local strategic planning. Together with the BB, coaches the project and initiative leaders to ensure appropriate use of CI tools, alignment and effectiveness of the actions. He/She also fosters the benchmarking and best practices sharing to promote processes improvement

BS in industrial engineering or similar with strong experience in project management Certified Lean-sigma BB. MBB (preferred) Excellent leadership and communication skills Proactive and strategic thinker Energetic and resilient Able to travel 2-3 times per year
