Vacancy: Controls Planner (Robot & PLC).

Location: Texas, USA

We are a leading engineering company looking for a skilled Controls Planner, assumming the ensure the effective planning and coordination of engineering resources in control systems projects, enabling the successful execution of automation solutions aligned with organizational and client objectives.

Key responsibilities:

  • Preparation and Monitoring of Resources Planning. Responsible for preparing, organizing, and continuously monitoring the allocation of human and technical resources required for control systems projects, ensuring optimal team efficiency and adherence to project timelines.
  • Definition of Project Strategy. Define and establish the strategy for project execution, balancing between internal local resources, resources from the IT8 group, and external subcontracting services to meet project requirements effectively.
  • Resource Assignment to Project Teams. Allocate and assign appropriate resources to specific project teams, ensuring each team has the necessary personnel and skills to achieve project objectives.
  • Substitution of Technical Management Roles. Act as a substitute for PLC, Robot, and Hardware Design Engineering Managers when necessary, providing leadership, technical support, and decision-making during their absence.

What will you need to succeed as a Controls Planner?

  • Bachelor degree inElectronic engineer degree, electricity, telecommunications. Master design, Installation and Maintenance of Industrial Automation Systems or similar. (Mandatory)
  • Experience in the automation area and automotive industry
  • Passport and Visa available
  • Open to relocate to USA
  • Experience: 5-6 years.
  • Software: MS Office (advanced level), Controls programs advanced level, SAP.
  • Languages:

English (Intermediate)

German (Basic - Intermediate)

Vacante: Planificador de Controles (Robot y PLC).

Ubicación: Texas, USA

Somos una empresa líder en ingeniería que busca un Planificador de Controles capacitado, asumiendo la responsabilidad de asegurar la planificación y coordinación efectiva de los recursos de ingeniería en proyectos de sistemas de control, permitiendo la ejecución exitosa de soluciones de automatización alineadas con los objetivos de la organización y del cliente.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Preparación y seguimiento de la planificación de recursos. Responsable de preparar, organizar y supervisar continuamente la asignación de los recursos humanos y técnicos necesarios para los proyectos de sistemas de control, garantizando la eficiencia ptima del equipo y el cumplimiento de los plazos del proyecto.
  • Definición de la estrategia del proyecto. Definir y establecer la estrategia para la ejecución del proyecto, equilibrando entre los recursos locales internos, los recursos del grupo IT8 y los servicios externos de subcontratación para cumplir eficazmente los requisitos del proyecto.
  • Asignación de recursos a los equipos del proyecto. Asignar y atribuir los recursos adecuados a los equipos de proyecto específicos, garantizando que cada equipo cuente con el personal y las competencias necesarias para alcanzar los objetivos del proyecto.
  • Sustitución de Funciones de Dirección Técnica. Actuar como sustituto de los directores de ingeniería de PLC, robots y diseño de hardware cuando sea necesario, proporcionando liderazgo, apoyo técnico y toma de decisiones durante su ausencia.

¿Qué necesitas para triunfar como planificador de controles?

  • Licenciatura en Ingeniería Electrónica, Electricidad, Telecomunicaciones. Master diseño, Instalación y Mantenimiento de Sistemas de Automatización Industrial o similar. (Obligatorio)
  • Experiencia en el área de automatización e industria automotriz
  • Pasaporte y Visa disponible
  • Abierto a reubicarse en USA
  • Experiencia: 5-6 años.
  • Software: MS Office (nivel avanzado), Programas de control nivel avanzado, SAP.
  • Idiomas:

Inglés (Intermedio)

Alemán (Básico - Intermedio)
