Where You'll Make a Difference

  • Lead the Record-to-Report (R2R) process for the Americas region, ensuring operational excellence and compliance.

  • Manage day-to-day activities of the General Ledger (GL) Accounting Team, including supervision, performance monitoring, and internal reporting.

  • Oversee GL account reconciliations, review and analyze the General Ledger/trial balance, and collaborate with local Finance teams to identify necessary adjustments.

  • Ensure team utilization, holiday balance, and mandatory training compliance according to established guidelines.

  • Drive process improvements, implement mitigation plans, and support new transitions within the team.

  • Monitor global accounting activities, promote integration, and lead change initiatives.

  • Support the preparation and submission of financial statements and consolidation processes.

  • Act as the first point of escalation for local teams and other areas, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.

  • 4–6 years of relevant experience in general accounting and financial processes.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures, including GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).

  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, with strong emphasis on Excel.

  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP ECC.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and delivering excellent customer service.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team.

  • Critical thinking, time management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Resilience and ability to work under pressure.
