As we continue to grow and expand our operations in Mexico, we are seeking talented Accounting Specialist to join our team

The Accounting Assistant / Finance Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and reliability of all daily financial operations. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and fluent spoken English, as the position involves frequent communication with international management and cross-border entities.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Daily Accounting & System Entry

• Record daily financial transactions including income, expenses, and bank movements

• Accurately and timely input data into Alpha / SINUBE and related accounting systems
• Ensure full consistency between ERP data, bank statements, invoices, and contracts

• Assist with monthly closing, reconciliations, and basic financial reports

• 1. CFDI Invoicing & Tax Support

• Issue, receive, review, and manage CFDI invoices (Ingreso / Egreso / Nómina)

• Verify invoice compliance including RFC, Uso CFDI, tax rates, payment method, and payment form
• Communicate with clients and suppliers to resolve invoice discrepancies

• Organize and archive XML and PDF files with full traceability

• 1. Payroll & HR-Related Financial Tasks

• Assist in payroll calculations (salary, overtime, bonuses, deductions)

• Prepare payroll-related data for ISR, IMSS, and INFONAVIT
• Support onboarding and offboarding financial procedures for employees

• Ensure payroll and social security data are accurate and submitted on time

• 1. Internal Support & Communication

• Respond promptly to finance-related inquiries from management, sales, and project teams

• Proactively identify inconsistencies or unclear data and follow up for clarification
• Support Finance Manager and external accountants with accurate data preparation

Qualifications

• 1. Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance support roles

• Familiarity with Mexican accounting and tax framework (SAT, CFDI, IVA, ISR, IMSS)

• 1. Language Requirements (Mandatory)

• Fluent spoken English is required:

• Able to communicate clearly and confidently in daily work conversations
• Able to explain financial data, invoices, payments, and system records in English
• Able to participate in calls or meetings with international management or overseas partners
• Spanish: native or professional working proficiency
• Written English or Chinese is a plus, but spoken English is the priority

This position requires active oral communication, not reading-only or email-only English.

• 1. Technical Skills

• Strong Excel skills (reconciliations, basic formulas, structured tables)

• Experience with ERP or accounting systems (Alpha, SINUBE, CONTPAQi, Odoo, or similar)
• Solid understanding of CFDI invoicing workflows
• Comfortable handling repetitive tasks with high accuracy requirements
