About the Role
We're looking for a FP&A Analyst to analyze, model, and optimize the business profitability drivers. This role is essential to understanding what makes Novacard sustainable, evaluating cohorts, CAC, LTV, pricing, customer behavior, and growth scenarios. You'll work closely with leadership to build financial strategies grounded in real profitability.
Responsibilities
Build CAC, LTV, contribution margin, payback, and churn models.
Segment unit economics by product, cohort, and geography.
Analyze user retention, monetization, and behavioral patterns.
Evaluate pricing strategies and their financial impact.
Prepare unit economics narratives for board meetings and fundraising.
Simulate scenarios, sensitivities, and growth thresholds.

Requirements
2–4 years of experience in fintech, banking, or startups
Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI; Python or R is a plus.
Strong command of cohort analysis and financial modeling.
Advanced English.
Analytical precision, strategic thinking, and strong financial storytelling.
