About the Role

We are looking for a Cost Estimation Analyst / Product Cost
Specialist to join our team This position plays a key role in bridging
technical and commercial aspects within our project structure. You will
transform engineering and operations data into commercial figures to support
acquisition projects.

YOUR TASKS

  • Act as the interface between technical and commercial teams
  • Translate technical information into commercial evaluations
  • Develop detailed cost calculations for PCBA processes with Program Managers and Design Experts
  • Perform comparative analysis between supplier quotations
  • Support project management in identifying cost potentials during quotation stages
  • Monitor and report cost deviations during project execution and propose corrective actions
  • Collaborate with procurement and suppliers to validate cost structures and identify savings opportunities
  • Support cost optimization initiatives across different product lines and processes
  • Prepare cost reports and presentations for management and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with internal cost standards and customer requirements

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial, Mechanical, Electromechanical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) manufacturing processes, including SMT/THT assembly, soldering (wave/reflow), and testing (AOI, ICT, functional tests)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Automotive production processes
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and cost modeling
  • Knowledge of SAP system for cost tracking and reporting
  • Advanced English level (written and spoken)
