Financial Administrative Associate

U.S.-based company specializing in wealth planning, digital assets, real estate investments, and stock market operations is seeking to hire a high caliber Financial Administrative Associate. This is a full time, on site position based in Guadalajara, Mexico.
The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting financial operations, client communication, and administrative functions with precision and excellence. This role is ideal for professionals who demonstrate strong analytical skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to interact confidently with international clients and investment ecosystems.
Educational Background
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Financial Administration, or a related field.
- Preferably with exposure to financial markets or investment products.
Key Skills & Competencies
- C2-level English, neutral accent, excellent diction, and strong verbal communication.
- Outstanding active listening and service oriented mindset.
- Strong consultative sales skills and ability to explain financial concepts clearly.
- Experience dealing with high value or premium clients is a plus.
- Background in inside sales (B2B or B2C) preferred.
- Proficiency with: CRM systems, Salesforce, Zoom
- High level of organization, responsibility, and ability to follow structured processes.
Work Schedule
Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (3 days off)
8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (40 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and financial support to U.S. teams and clients.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and reporting activities.
- Manage client interactions and maintain accurate records through CRM tools.
- Support consultative sales processes and help strengthen long term client relationships.
- Represent the company with professionalism and excellent communication at all times.

Ideal Candidate
- C2 English proficiency
- Commercial mindset, strong empathy, excellent communication skills, and comfort working in high performance environments.
- Preferred but not required: 1.5 – 4 years of experience in financial advisory, private banking or wealth management, inside sales, fintech or digital assets, real estate investment services.
