Associate Project Manager

What will you contribute?

Reporting to the Tina Soares, the Associate Project Manager is responsible for managing client correspondences, scheduling, tasks verification, status reporting, thereby enabling the core project team to focus on execution and strategic oversight.

Responsibilities & Deliverables:

Your deliverables as a Project Coordinator will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Coordinates the project intake process including monitoring of the order intake report, contract review and engagement creation.

• Coordinates multiple small engagements including client outreach, resource coordination, revenue recognition, and upkeep of engagement data elements.

• Ensures accurate forecasting for projects within assigned portfolio and proactively communicates any variances.

• Assist with backlog management and client follow-up to ensure timely revenue recognition and project closure.

• Continual identification, qualification and tracking of risks, defining mitigation and contingency plans, escalation outreach, and constantly communicating status.

• Responsible for identification of resource requirements and proper communication of those requirements in a timely manner to ensure the project is properly staffed with the skilled resources required.

• Keeps up-to-date and educated in skills related to all project management and ensures this information is disseminated throughout the process.

• Responsible for utilizing defined tools and standards, processes and procedures

Required Experience:

• Entry level position

• Experience with MicroSoft solutions

• Experience with Salesforce a plus
