About the role: The Senior Packaging Illustrator is a hands-on role focused on turning packaging concepts into polished, print-ready artwork that moves confidently into production. Working closely with the Creative Director, this role exists to remove creative execution bottlenecks and help accelerate new product launches across multiple brands. While occasional eCommerce support may be needed, this is a packaging-first position—ideal for an experienced illustrator who thrives in a production-driven environment and takes pride in precision, craft, and consistency.

What You'll Do

Take Photoshop-based packaging concepts and refine, plus up, and execute them in Adobe Illustrator for production.Own new packaging development and ongoing packaging revisions across multiple brands.Manage dielines, prepare final print-ready files, and ensure accuracy across multiple print vendors.Handle compliance-related updates, including warnings, claims, and barcodes.Maintain organized asset systems with clear file naming, versioning, and folder structures.Proactively flag production issues, inconsistencies, or risks before files are released.



What You Need

Strong, hands-on Adobe Illustrator experience (required).Proven experience shipping real consumer product packaging.Experience working directly with printers and understanding retail compliance requirements.Prior CPG packaging experience is strongly preferred and likely required for success.Strong artistic judgment, attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast-moving, founder-led environment.

Salary & Perks

Competitive SalaryThis is a full-time, long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.Work from home.Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (+/- 1 hour accepted) - PST.Additional perks.
