Position: Sales Manager – Lead Generation

Education: High School Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor's Degree

Language: Advanced English (Bilingual preferred)

Work Modality: Remote (Work from Home)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Compensation Structure:

Salary plus commission. Equipment sold ranges from $50,000 to $500,000, with commissions typically between 1–3% of hardware cost. We are open to adjusting the fixed salary to keep costs balanced.

Experience Required:


•3+ years in sales or lead generation


•Familiarity with ZoomInfo or similar lead generation platforms


•Comfortable handling 30+ calls and 50+ emails per day

Role Overview:

The Sales Manager will focus on generating new leads and re-engaging old leads from trade shows and inbound inquiries. You will have access to thousands of contacts to identify potential projects and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:


•Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified leads


•Conduct outbound calls and email campaigns to prospective clients


•Follow up on trade show and inbound leads


•Understand client requirements and recommend suitable equipment


•Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets

•Ability to confidently cold call businesses and identify decision-makers
