SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure
    analysis and support.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including
    Linux OS (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu), servers, storage solutions, and protocols (iSCSI, Fibre Channel, NFS, SMB), as well as virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Experience managing SSL/TLS certificates and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
  • Ability to develop and maintain automation scripts (Bash, Python, Ansible).
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving IT infrastructure issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • Skilled in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.

OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION:

To analyze, design, implement, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure systems, ensuring reliability, security, and efficiency. This role aims to provide technical support to end-users, both onsite and remotely, while troubleshooting infrastructure-related issues. Additionally, it contributes to the planning and execution of new infrastructure projects and upgrades, as well as the configuration, installation, and support of day-to-day operations for Linux OS servers and storage solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Administer and support IT infrastructure systems and services related to Linux OS, SAN (Storage Area Network), and NAS (Network Attached Storage) systems.
  • Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable and secure IT infrastructure systems and services.
  • Perform and oversee server and web certificate lifecycle management, including renewals and deployments.
  • Ensure system and server security compliance with policies and regulations by keeping infrastructure up to date and monitoring storage performance and capacity.
  • Provide technical support to end-users and participate in on-call rotation to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IT infrastructure systems and services (Linux & Storage).
  • Participate in IT infrastructure projects and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for IT infrastructure systems and services.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% as required for onsite support and installations.
