SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure
  support for
  Azure (90%) and GCP (10%) cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code in Azure and GCP, including portal management, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)
  , monitoring and analytics, backup management, application gateway management, network management, automation, and documentation.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as Azure, Google Cloud, and AWS.
• Familiarity with container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes or ECS.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving IT infrastructure issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Experience with the ITIL framework and best practices.
• Location

OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION:

To build, deploy, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure and services, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and reliability of cloud systems. This role focuses on driving automation, security, and cost-optimization initiatives while collaborating with development, operations, and security teams to implement cloud solutions that meet organizational needs. It also provides technical support to end-users and troubleshoots cloud infrastructure issues and participates in the planning and implementation of new infrastructure projects and upgrades.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provision and configure cloud resources
  (e.g., virtual machines, storage, networking), and deploy and manage services in public (AWS, Azure, GCP), private, or hybrid cloud environments.
• Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure and services.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud-based systems for performance, cost, and reliability.
• Ensure system and cloud security compliance
  with policies and regulations by performing patching, updates, maintenance, backups, disaster recovery, and failover strategies.
• Provide technical support
  to end-users and participate in on-call rotation to troubleshoot and resolve IT infrastructure and cloud-related issues.
• Participate in IT infrastructure projects and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain documentation for IT infrastructure and cloud services.
• Ability to travel up to 25% as required for onsite support and installations.
