As a Jr Accountant
you will be a key part of the accounting process within KEMET. Working alongside a team of accountants, they will carry out account reconciliation control, preparation of accounting reports, monthly financial closings, among other tasks specific to the accounting department. This is a full-time, on-site position located at our offices in San Nicolás de los Garza, NL.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Proven experience 1-3 years as accounting with manufacturing background.

Responsibilities

• Monthly closing duties recurring JE's and account reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain payroll reports for US based companies. (KEC and KdM).
• Review expenses from functional areas and allocate to business units.
• Cleanup of investment projects and reclassify balance sheet accounts.
• Maintain, update, and evaluate accounting policies & procedures in line with IFRS.
• Assist in monthly financial close, reporting, internal controls and working with independent auditors.

Qualifications and Skills

• Advanced English level.
• Advanced MS Office.
• Analytical Skills.
• Strong understanding.
• •Oracle EPR knowledge.
