The role:
The Corporate Business Consultant is a fundamental piece in our business, he/she is the person who will make us continue to grow and expand in the market, his/her main purpose is to bring new clients to our company, maintain and develop current customers in the corporate industry.
What you will do:
- Maintain, grow, and develop existing accounts.
- Follow up to contract renewals.
- Prospecting and closing new large clients (AAA).
- Territory plan preparation: Segmentation, study the company, and identify decision makers and influencers.
- Prospecting cold calls.
- Discovery meetings / Consultative selling by analytic thinking, seeking to gain deep knowledge on the customer process.
- Follow up to the commercial process of acquisitions and maintenance of complex accounts.
- Join to the business sales meetings.
- Preparation and presentation of proposals.
- Salesforce administration.
- Pipeline administration and forecast.
What we are looking for:
- Completed Bachelor's degree. Administrative/Economics/Engineering careers is preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, consultative selling industries (IT, Data Management, Finance, FinTech's, Platforms) or service sales.
- Advanced English level.
- CRM Management (Salesforce desirable).
- Hunter profile.
- Experience working in a fast passed company.
- Rapid embracement of change.
- Proactive, resilient, tolerant, self-motivated person and very analytical.
- Availability to go onsite to our office in Monterrey, México.
