HRBP – Education Sector
Position Objective:
To foster a people-centered organizational culture that promotes staff engagement, performance, and overall well-being.
Required Knowledge:
- Human Resources processes and the employee life cycle.
- Labor legislation and regulatory compliance.
- Payroll and benefits coordination.
- Recruitment and performance management.
- Organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives.
Required Experience:
- More than 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, preferably within educational institutions or service-oriented organizations.
- Experience in cultural transformation.
- Experience working with other countries.
- Proven experience managing HR operations and employee relations.
Key Contributions:
- Manage all HR operational processes: recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, attendance, and personnel records.
- Ensure compliance with labor legislation, child protection policies, and institutional HR guidelines.
- Lead and coordinate recruitment processes in collaboration with the regional HR team.
- Develop and deliver onboarding programs for new employees.
- Provide guidance and support to department leaders on performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary procedures.
- Strengthen organizational culture through engagement, recognition, and internal communication initiatives.
- Act as the local liaison for regional HR projects, ensuring proper implementation.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports, metrics, and KPIs to support strategic decision-making.
