HRBP – Education Sector

Position Objective:

To foster a people-centered organizational culture that promotes staff engagement, performance, and overall well-being.

Required Knowledge:

  • Human Resources processes and the employee life cycle.
  • Labor legislation and regulatory compliance.
  • Payroll and benefits coordination.
  • Recruitment and performance management.
  • Organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives.

Required Experience:

  • More than 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, preferably within educational institutions or service-oriented organizations.
  • Experience in cultural transformation.
  • Experience working with other countries.
  • Proven experience managing HR operations and employee relations.

Key Contributions:

  • Manage all HR operational processes: recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, attendance, and personnel records.
  • Ensure compliance with labor legislation, child protection policies, and institutional HR guidelines.
  • Lead and coordinate recruitment processes in collaboration with the regional HR team.
  • Develop and deliver onboarding programs for new employees.
  • Provide guidance and support to department leaders on performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Strengthen organizational culture through engagement, recognition, and internal communication initiatives.
  • Act as the local liaison for regional HR projects, ensuring proper implementation.
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports, metrics, and KPIs to support strategic decision-making.
