The role

IT Asset Management Analyst

Are you detail-oriented and comfortable managing inventories, documentation, and asset lifecycles?

We are seeking an IT Asset Management Analyst to support the registration, control, and lifecycle management of IT assets. This role ensures accurate asset tracking, CMDB updates, inventory integrity, and proper handling of equipment throughout its lifecycle, from storage to renewal, donation, or disposal.

• Register, control, and track minor IT assets throughout their lifecycle.
• Maintain and update the CMDB and ABC inventory reports.
• Diagnose equipment in storage and perform secure data wiping.
• Prepare devices for donation, destruction, or renewal processes.
• Manage warranties and related documentation.
• Coordinate and execute annual physical inventory counts.
• Safeguard and manage documentation using SharePoint.
• Package IT equipment for shipment.
• Generate reports on stock levels, obsolescence, and asset rotation.
• Ensure compliance with internal asset management and warehouse processes.

What we need to see from you

• Technical or Technologist degree in Systems, IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Previous experience in IT asset management or technology inventory control.
• Hands-on experience with inventory management tools and CMDB platforms.
• Knowledge of warehouse processes and documentation control.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to organize information and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
