, we are looking for a
Maintenance Supervisor*
with strong leadership, technical expertise, and a continuous improvement mindset to join our team.
Main Objective:
Ensure the availability and reliability of production machinery, peripheral equipment, and facility infrastructure by leading a team of technicians and managing preventive, corrective, and improvement maintenance activities.
* Key Responsibilities*
- Supervise the maintenance team and ensure compliance with preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
- Maintain maintenance KPIs on target and implement actions to improve equipment availability.
- Provide technical support for troubleshooting machinery, molds, and facility equipment.
- Manage inventory of critical spare parts.
- Coordinate and negotiate with external suppliers for specialized maintenance services.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 requirements.
- Participate in cost-saving and continuous improvement projects.
- Manage the department's budget and maintain accurate maintenance records.
* Requirements*
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years in a similar role.
- English proficiency: Intermediate–Advanced (75%). This role requires weekly meetings with corporate in English.
- Ability to interpret electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic diagrams.
- Experience with quality tools such as FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, and root cause analysis.
- Proficiency with CMMS (maintenance management software).
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards.
