Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mexico City for a Sales And Customer Support Specialist. The role involves providing exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction across Nysonian's brand portfolio. The specialist will also contribute to sales by identifying opportunities, communicating product benefits, and guiding customers through the purchasing process. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to refine processes and adapt to customer needs is a key part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service and Communication skills: Proficient in responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Sales and Negotiation skills: Experience in identifying sales opportunities, explaining product benefits, and guiding customers through purchasing decisions.
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Ability to resolve issues efficiently and adapt to changing customer needs and processes.
  • Technology proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools, customer support software, and digital platforms.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in direct-to-consumer or lifestyle brands is advantageous.
