Right now, we are looking for a
Semi-Senior Payroll Accounting Analyst
to join our team

You will get the chance to:

  • Develop automatization and improvements across the team to reduce manual work in

order to improve analysis.

  • Responsible for monitoring seeking the accuracy of accounting entries and the exposure

of payroll line items for the entities under scope.

  • Analyze month to month variations and deviations in P&L accounts. Review (and

correct) inverted balances in asset and liability accounts.

  • Analyze P&L and GL accounts by reconciling them on a monthly basis (all equity and

BS accounts according to General Accounting Policy).

  • Responsible over the compensation of the different lines in the BS Accounts at closing

process.

  • Actively involved in complying with monthly closing schedules.
  • Coordinate efforts with other areas/departments of the company to ensure correct

accounting of the payroll process.

  • Address timely requests from external and internal auditor and ensure compliance with

SOX internal controls.

  • Coordinate and book entries for new companies merge and/or rollout related to payroll

accounts.

  • Actively involved in corrections and improvements in the system for the payroll process.

  • SAP HR process and configuration knowledge (Desirable).
