Team Overview

The Business Governance (BG) team at DiDi Food Delivery is the bridge between high-level strategy and daily operational execution across Latin America. We operate as a critical control layer and strategic partner to Delivery Leadership and it's external stakeholders, focusing on financial rigor, performance accountability, process optimization and supply & demand modelling.

This is a hybrid position where Operations, Data Analytics, and Finance converge. We are looking for a Senior Analyst who moves beyond static reporting to become a true "Business Partner" for our operations. Your goal is to help leadership connect the reality of the business—supply constraints, service trade-offs, and operational behavior—with our P&L and global OKR governance.



Role Responsibilities

  • Implementing Governance Frameworks: Designing and executing structured project management frameworks to track performance, measure impact, and ensure accountability across multiple priority initiatives simultaneously.
  • Managing Supply & Demand Modeling: Maintaining and refining S&D models to accurately track, forecast, and establish supply targets across multiple delivery modalities and business units.
  • Bridging Ops and Finance: Acting as the guardian of the data that connects operational performance with financial outcomes. You will ensure that our P&L reflects the actual operational reality and grounded logic.
  • Translating Data into Operational Insights: Using SQL and data visualization to explain the "why" behind the numbers, identifying how operational trends impact our strategic goals, and setting a course of action.
  • Ensuring Data Authority and Integrity: Maintaining rigorous validation frameworks and trackers to ensure all strategic decisions and reporting are grounded in accurate, trustworthy, and consistent data.
  • Supporting Strategic Initiatives: Providing comprehensive support and coordination for critical cross-functional projects, ensuring no silos exist and that information is transparent and actionable for leadership.



Role Qualifications

    • 3-5 years of experience in Business Operations, Project Management, Data Analysis, or Strategic Planning. Experience in high-growth tech or sector-specific expertise in (Food Delivery, Mobility, or E-commerce) is highly valued.

    • Strong Project Management mindset: Highly organized and skilled at breaking down complex, ambiguous challenges into clear workstreams and action plans.

    • Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets and proficiency in SQL to extract and manipulate data independently. You focus on using data to tell a clear story.

    • Analytical Curiosity: You don't just deliver a report; you have a mindset geared toward investigating the "why" behind the metrics to drive better decision-making.

    • Ability to Simplify Complexity: You can translate technical data and operational nuances into clear insights for senior stakeholders.

    • Collaborative & Documentation-Oriented: You thrive in fast-paced environments where cross-functional collaboration is the default. You believe in transparency and structured progress tracking.

    • Language: Professional fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
