Como
Abogado Corporativo
en Aspiria trabajarás con un equipo multifuncional dentro del área de jurídico, brindando asesoría legal especializada en materia corporativa y financiera, gestionando transacciones complejas de deuda y capital, estructuración de movimientos societarios, así como apoyo en temas notariales, registrales y litigiosos.

Actuar como enlace legal clave entre la empresa, inversionistas, instituciones financieras, reguladores, clientes y proveedores.

Desarrolla tus habilidades y adquiere mayor potencial:

  • Litigio mercantil y relación con notaría: Representar a la empresa en juicios mercantiles y coordinar la formalización de actos jurídicos ante notarios y registros públicos.
  • Transacciones de deuda: Estructurar, redactar y negociar contratos de crédito, garantías, fideicomisos y otros instrumentos financieros.
  • Transacciones de capital / Equity: Participar y liderar rondas de inversión, procesos de due diligence, emisión de acciones y formalización legal de acuerdos.
  • Movimientos accionarios y estructura societaria: Gestionar compraventa de acciones, fusiones, escisiones y cambios en la estructura de capital.
  • Temas corporativos generales: Elaborar y revisar actas, poderes, estatutos, libros corporativos y demás documentación societaria.
  • Litigio civil, penal, hipotecario y administrativo: Coordinar estrategias procesales y representación legal en diversas materias.
  • Medidas precautorias y delitos financieros: Implementar acciones preventivas para proteger los activos de la empresa y atender casos de fraude o delitos financieros.
  • Métodos de justicia alternativa: Participación en mediaciones, conciliaciones y arbitrajes para la resolución eficiente de conflictos.
  • Redacción y análisis de contratos.
  • Crédito y producto financiero: Asesorar en el diseño, implementación y cumplimiento normativo de productos y servicios de crédito.

¿Qué perfil estamos buscando?

  • Licenciatura en Derecho (titulado y con cédula profesional).
  • Deseable posgrado o especialización en Derecho Corporativo y Litigio.
  • Experiencia mínima 5 años en áreas legales corporativas, financieras o notariales.
  • Excelentes habilidades de negociación y comunicación.
  • Inglés avanzado (deseable jurídico, hablado y escrito).
