This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Designer & Social Media Manager in Mexico. We are seeking a creative and autonomous Designer & Social Media Manager to lead the visual identity and digital presence across multiple social platforms. In this role, you will design high-quality visuals, manage content calendars, and publish engaging social media posts while maintaining brand consistency. Operating fully remotely, you will collaborate with internal teams and occasionally communicate with clients to ensure content aligns with strategic objectives. This position offers the chance to take ownership of both design execution and social media management in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Ideal candidates are visually driven, highly detail-oriented, and thrive working independently with clear accountability. Accountabilities:
  • Design visually compelling assets for social media platforms, adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Build, manage, and maintain content calendars for consistent and timely posting.
  • Independently create, review, and publish social media content with attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and incorporate feedback.
  • Occasionally communicate with clients via messaging tools to clarify content needs or approvals.
  • Monitor content performance and iterate to maximize engagement and visual impact.
Requirements: Candidates should demonstrate strong design capabilities and experience with social media management.Proven experience designing and publishing content on social media platforms.Strong graphic design skills, especially for digital and social media content.Portfolio demonstrating design ability; quality of work valued over years of experience.Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and social media scheduling tools.Excellent attention to detail in visuals, spelling, and grammar.Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage priorities remotely.Strong collaboration skills and openness to feedback.Advanced English proficiency and ability to communicate clearly in writing.Based in LATAM or the Caribbean with reliable internet and personal laptop.
