Team Overview:

Our Business Intelligence (BI) team operates at the intersection of strategy and data. We play a crucial role in enabling smarter decisions across the organization by translating complex business needs into actionable insights.

As a regional hub, we support mobility operations teams across the entire LATAM region, ensuring our data solutions solve real-world logistical and operational challenges. Our team is not only responsible for data extraction, dashboarding, and reporting but also for serving as the strategic bridge between business units and data. We manage the full project lifecycle—from the initial conversation with stakeholders to the final delivery of clear, value-driven insights.

You'll be part of a dynamic, multicultural environment, collaborating daily with diverse professional backgrounds across multiple Latin American countries to drive the future of mobility in the region.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Liaison & Strategic Communication: Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and the data team. You must communicate effectively to ensure business needs are accurately understood, prioritized, and translated into technical requirements.
  • Requirements Gathering & Problem Framing: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define key metrics. You excel at active listening and "translating" vague business questions into structured, solvable data problems.
  • Agile Project Management: Plan and manage sprints, filtering and clarifying incoming requests. You are responsible for setting clear expectations and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery through transparent progress reporting.
  • High-Impact Project Leadership: Lead and manage large-scale projects, maintaining clear communication channels with all involved parties to ensure alignment and impact.
  • Data Storytelling & Visualization: Perform deep-dive analyses to uncover trends. You don't just build dashboards; you communicate the "why" behind the numbers through meaningful visualizations and compelling reports.
  • Strategic Insights & Accuracy: Ensure data integrity and interpret results through a "business lens." You provide clear, persuasive strategic recommendations based on your analytical findings.

Role Qualifications:
