Responsibilities:

The Opportunity

As a Finance Senior Analyst, you will support financial planning, reporting, and performance management across a specific region, account, or Finance team. You'll provide actionable insights, drive forecasting accuracy, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize business results.

Your Impact

Functional Responsibilities

  • Support period-end close, forecasting, and performance reporting.
  • Analyze P&L results, identify trends, and deliver strategic recommendations.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align on financial targets and drive business performance.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, tools, and dashboards.
  • Conduct post-event and promotional spend analyses to improve ROI.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership and customer meetings.
  • Support key initiatives and ad-hoc analyses to enhance regional or functional performance.
  • Coach and onboard new team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.

Qualifications:

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or P&L management.
  • Proven experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas).
  • Experience with financial systems such as SAP, Business Objects, or Essbase.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of data integrity, reporting, and performance tracking processes.
  • Fluency in English
