Responsibilities:

The Opportunity

As a Sales Finance Sr. Analyst supporting the Walmart CCO Finance team, you will play a critical role in driving financial insights and decision-making for the Non-Carb (NCB) beverage business. You will serve as the primary finance partner for the Warehouse/BTC businesses (e.g., powders, equipment, protein), collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, visibility, and strategic alignment across financial processes.

Your Impact

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial analysis, scenario planning, and performance insights that enable the commercial team to execute effectively. You will collaborate with the CCO Walmart commercial team and interact with the Gatorade/Warehouse groups to ensure consistent financial rigor and support.

Key areas of responsibility include:

• Lead daily and weekly performance reporting, ensuring timely, accurate, and actionable insights.
• Conduct forecasting, including data setup, trend analysis, and identifying risks and opportunities.
• Support the development of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), providing inputs, validating assumptions, and aligning with business partners.
• Perform pricing and trend analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Conduct customer requests and investment analysis, evaluating returns and recommending optimal resource allocation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scenario and contingency planning.
• Support promotional analysis and performance evaluation for key initiatives.

Qualifications:

Who Are We Looking For?

• 3–5 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, or similar roles.
• Experience supporting or managing a P&L.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of financial analysis, data integrity, and ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
