, is seeking a motivated and ambitious
Business & Investment Program Specialist
to join their team.
Role Summary:
This role plays a critical part in driving investment program execution, ensuring operational consistency across regions, collaborating with partners and stakeholders, and supporting high-level business management initiatives. It is ideal for early-career professionals looking to develop skills while working closely with top leaders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Investment Program Management & Execution (50%)
Investment Program Execution
- Lead global investment programs with excellence—including scope definition, execution planning, and stakeholder coordination.
- Oversee and approve Tier 1 Customer Success Partner (CSP) authorizations, ensuring thorough vetting.
- Enhance and streamline the CSP authorization process to meet global standards.
- Align partner and channel processes between
North America (NA)
and
Latin America (LATAM)
. - Maintain ongoing engagement with direct and indirect CSPs through communication, governance, and decision-making processes.
- Elevate partner messaging across platforms including
LinkedIn
and at relevant events. - Align partner communications with corporate messaging strategies.
Investment Program Management
- Support execution of "Help Needed" and change-management actions from ROB, account planning, or regional reviews.
- Ensure completion and follow-through of prioritized business commitments.
- Contribute to governance improvements, including pricing updates and data reporting accuracy.
- Drive compliance, readiness, and training initiatives with a high standard of execution.
2. Business Management (40%)
Manage Business Rhythms & Special Projects
- Lead and maintain the team's
Rhythm of Business (ROB)
to optimize team performance and outcomes. - Assist in delivering special projects and initiatives, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
Communication & Collaboration
- Provide clear and consistent communication regarding program status, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and refine business planning processes.
- Ensure alignment with corporate goals and integration across partner teams.
3. Project Coordination & Administration (10%)
Expense & Travel Management
- Process and manage expense reports, budgets, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements using tools such as
Concur/Cytric
.
Calendar & Communication Oversight
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, and scheduling logistics.
- Prepare and proofread official communications and manage broadcast emails.
- Support special projects and ensure key milestones are met.
Qualifications
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 0–2 years
of experience in business management, operations, or administration. - Bachelor's degree in a relevant
business or technical
field (or equivalent experience). - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organization, time management, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to learn quickly and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in
Office Suite
and internal tools (e.g., Employee Central, MyExpense2, MyOrder, Cytric Travel). - Experience in the
technology industry
or supporting technical organizations.
