Plan and organize the workload for subordinate employees to meet negotiated shipment due dates based on plan

  • Ensures all raw materials used in the production process are in stock and prepared for use to maintain a consistent high level of production
  • Ensure compliance with local labor and EHS laws
  • Ensure that all equipment and machinery necessary for production is maintained appropriately
  • Reviews processes and procedures for efficiency improvement. Makes recommendations for improvement to management.
  • Ensure a safe work environment by identifying and mitigating hazards and unsafe work practices and through administration the company's injury and illness prevention program.
  • Responsible to run the factory and operations in Mexico
  • Ensure compliance with local labor and EHS laws

Experiencia y requisitos

Education / Training: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in management, engineering, or related field; Industrial, Mechanical, Electronics Engineer or equivalent is preferred; Master's degree is a plus; Lean Six Sigma Certification a plus

Experience: 3-5 Years production/ operational management experience, 10+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment preferably with some electromechanical manufacturing experience

Technical Knowledge / Skills: Electromechanical assembly knowledge, Lean and Six Sigma Principles, MS Office Suite

Soft Skills / Competencies: Problem Solving, teamwork, bi-lingual with English, leadership, time management, Prioritization,
