Production Manager Medical Devices

The Production Manager directly leads the Production area and is responsible for the production schedule. The Production Manager ensures the highest quality, meet Good Manufacturing Practices. Coordinates production activities between multidisciplinary teams.
Assess project and resource requirements based on sales forecast. Plan and organize production personnel and monitor its implementation.
Produce proposals for production efficiency improvement and cost reduction.
Develop training plan, set performance objectives and conduct periodical performance review.
Responsible for hiring and managing production staff and daily operations.
**Required Knowledge and Experience**
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in production management in a medical manufacturing environment
Must have project management and analytical skills.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodology.
Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
