Job Description:
Arrow Electronics is looking to hire a Quote Services Associate to join our team in Guadalajara, MX
What You'll Be Doing
- Data entry of customer quotes (does not create quotes, only enters and prepared the data).
- Scrubbing of part numbers for accuracy.
- Monitor quote process daily.
- Communicate quote status on customer due date and advise sales to markup quote for customer.
- Monitor pending quote items for completion, notify sales for markup, download into customer format and prepare for sending.
What We're Looking For
- Typically requires a 2-year degree and 1– 2 years of experience or equivalent related experience.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; must be fluent in English.
Even Better if You Have:
- Experience with CalcuQuote and/or QuoteWin.
- Experience with ERPs: Oracle.
- Experience in the industry or global companies.
- Industrial, Electronic, or Systems Engineering education preferred, but not required.
Work Arrangement:
- Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days work from home
