Lead functional projects and programs that drive business or process improvements. Identify issues and recommend best practices based on specialized expertise. Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze business trends and implement solutions. Contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives within the sales function. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales processes and make recommendations for enhancements. 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience. Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of SMB accounts, providing personalized attention, fostering long-term relationships, and serving as the main commercial point of contact. Drive cross-sell and up-sell initiatives by identifying opportunities to integrate additional products and services within the assigned client portfolio. Lead marketing activations and collaborate with support teams for prompt problem resolution, ensuring high merchant satisfaction. Manage investment budgets for the client portfolio based on defined sales quotas and profitability objectives. Conduct deep portfolio analytics to inform strategic decision-making, identify performance bottlenecks, and optimize resource allocation.
