Job Description:
Objetivo:
Proveer a la organización del mejor talento posible de acuerdo a las necesidades del negocio, así como el de definir estrategias de reclutamiento eficaces para cumplir con los objetivos.
Actividades:
- Coordinar y gestionar el proceso de reclutamiento, selección y contratación de principio a fin (empleados administrativos, operativos y practicantes).
- Administrar las funciones del reclutador Jr y practicante del área.
- Elaborar estrategias de reclutamiento para cubrir en el tiempo establecido las vacantes solicitadas de empleados y operadores (Realizar análisis por zonas para ver censos de población e identificar posibles candidatos potenciales).
- Recibir y procesar (subir) la requisición de personal en la plataforma de RH.
- Realizar reunión con el jefe inmediato de la vacante para clarificar el perfil de los candidatos, utilizando la descripción del puesto.
- Publicar ofertas de empleo en diferentes plataformas tanto internas como externas.
- Agendar entrevistas
- Solicitar evaluaciones psicométricas al proveedor autorizado
- Aplicación de prueba de psicometría
- Solicitud laboral y medicos
- Gestionar papeleria completa
- Actualizar descripciones de puesto
Requisitos:
- Licenciatura terminada
- Inglés avanzado
- Fuerte experiencia en reclutamiento
- Microsoft Office
- Conocimiento en ERP de reclutamiento (preferente Workday)
- Conocimiento de prueba de psicometría (preferente)
- Actitud de Servicio
- Proactivo (a)
