Manager to lead, build, and scale a high-performing call center team wanted

  • This is a fully remote Call Center Manager position.
  • Salary: $2,000 USD + performance-based commissions (paid in USD).
  • Having call center roofing experience is a MAJOR plus.
  • MUST be fluent in English and Spanish.

We are looking for an experienced, high-energy Call Center Manager ready to take ownership of operations, people, and results. This role is ideal for a leader who enjoys building teams, improving performance, and being rewarded directly for success.

What You Will Do

  • Lead, manage, and scale a call center team of 20+ agents, with growth potential up to 50 team members
  • Oversee daily operations, performance metrics, and productivity
  • Handle candidate selection, training, onboarding, and retention of top-performing agents
  • Train and coach team members to improve results and consistency
  • Implement and optimize sales processes, scripts, and KPIs
  • Motivate the team with clear goals, structure, and accountability
  • Monitor attendance, schedules, and overall discipline
  • Collaborate with leadership to scale the call center efficiently
  • Manage basic operational costs and support accounting tracking (hours, payouts, commissions)

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in call center leadership or management
  • Proven experience managing teams of 20+ agents (ideally 28–50)
  • Strong people management and leadership skills
  • High-energy, hands-on management style
  • Excellent training and coaching abilities
  • Experience recruiting and selecting call center talent
  • Solid understanding of call center KPIs and performance metrics
  • Basic accounting skills (payroll, commissions, productivity tracking)
  • Strong communication skills and problem-solving mindset
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing distributed teams
  • Roofing industry experience is a plus

Compensation & Growth Opportunity

  • Base salary: $2,000 USD per month
  • Performance-based income growth with the opportunity to double earnings based on results
  • Earnings scale as the team grows and perform.

This is an independent contractor position working for a foreign company; no statutory or law benefits are provided.
