- Market Expansion & Sales Management
· Develop and execute annual/quarterly sales plans and budgets for the region, ensuring sales targets are met.
· Systematically develop, evaluate, onboard, and manage new regional distributors and dealers to build an efficient and stable channel network.
· Proactively develop and directly maintain key end customers (e.g., large logistics companies, manufacturing plants, ports) to achieve direct sales of main units.
· Organize and participate in regional industry exhibitions, marketing campaigns, and product launch events to enhance brand awareness.
- Channel Support & Customer Relationship Management
· Provide training and support to channel partners on product knowledge, sales techniques, and competitive strategies.
· Assist channel partners in developing localized marketing plans and monitor their execution.
· Establish and maintain a robust customer relationship system, conduct regular visits to core channels and end customers, gather market feedback, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Sales Operations & Risk Control
· Take full ownership of the entire order process, from contract signing and production follow-up to logistics and delivery, ensuring smooth order fulfillment.
· Core Duty: Strictly enforce the company's credit and collection policies, proactively manage accounts receivable to ensure timely and full payment collection.
· Core Duty: Closely monitor the aging of accounts receivable, perform effective collection activities for overdue payments, and develop/execute risk mitigation plans to minimize bad debt risks.
· Regularly analyze sales data and market trends to provide insights for management decision-making.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
· Liaise with Product and R&D departments to communicate regional market needs and competitor intelligence.
· Work closely with Logistics and Finance departments to ensure smooth import/export processes and accurate financial settlements.
III. Qualifications & Requirements
- Education & Experience
· Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in International Trade, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Spanish, or related fields.
· Minimum 3 years of international sales experience in industries such as construction machinery, commercial vehicles, or large industrial equipment. Proven track record of independently developing the Latin America Spanish-speaking market is highly preferred.
· Existing channel resources within the forklift or related industries is a significant advantage.
- Knowledge & Skills
· Language: Must be proficient in Spanish (fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing) as a working language. Basic English reading/writing skills are preferred.
· In-depth knowledge of international trade procedures, overseas marketing strategies, and channel management.
· Excellent skills in business negotiation, customer relationship management, and market analysis.
· Familiarity with local business
