Junior Panel Executive

Here's a Quick Summary Of The Role

We're looking for someone curious, proactive and highly organised to support the smooth running of our panel operations in Mexico. In this entry-level role, you'll help manage and grow our research panel — the community of consumers who take our surveys — making sure everything from recruitment to incentives happens seamlessly behind the scenes.

It's a great opportunity for someone interested in market research, project coordination or data-driven environments to get their foot in the door and learn the ropes at a fast-growing global company.

Here's a Breakdown Of What You'll Do
 

• Support day-to-day operations of our research panel and survey delivery processes
• Monitor panel performance (engagement, response rates, incentive redemptions, etc.) and flag improvements
• Help coordinate communications and campaigns with panelists (email invites, reminders, newsletters, incentives)
• Assist with data checks and operational QA to ensure smooth survey delivery
• Troubleshoot panel issues and liaise with internal teams (research, IT, project management) to resolve
• Provide operational support for internal projects as needed
   

What You Need To Get An Interview
 

• Detail-oriented and organised — able to manage multiple operational tasks without letting things slip
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal) and comfort working in a team environment
• Tech-savvy: confident using Excel/Google Sheets and learning new tools/platforms
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and solve problems independently
• Professional working proficiency in English & Spanish
   

Desired qualifications (bonus points)
 

• Previous internship or experience in project coordination, admin, data entry, operations, or customer service
• Interest in market research, analytics, digital communities or data-driven environments
• Familiarity with email communications tools, CRM systems, or survey platforms (even at a basic level)
