Quality S Jr. Engineer

BYD México, leader in electromobility, is looking for your talent as Quality Assurance, to ensure that excellence in our services from the dealers.
This is a commercial role, not related to manufacturing or similar, profiles with that experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct secret visits to BYD dealer service centers and competitor service stores, providing regular feedback and analysis of findings.
- Drive continuous improvement of sales and service processes, ensuring timely follow-up and verification of corrective actions from visit reports.
- Manage and track PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) and after-sales quality issues, supporting rapid implementation of improvement projects.
- Execute additional ad hoc assignments to support the Quality and After-Sales teams as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
, preferably in
Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
, or related technical fields. - Maximum 2 Years of experience in the mentioned activities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - Strong communication skills
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively within
Mexico and neighboring countries
. - Valid
driver's license - Experience in
automotive quality management in sales or aftersales.
