Order Planning Analyst
to support our supply chain operations.
IMPORTANT: This is a entry level position, directed to jr profiles.
About the Role:
As an Order Planning Specialist, you will be the central hub ensuring the smooth and accurate flow of our order process, from the factory to the distributor. Your work will be crucial to maintaining our promise of operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Receive Commercial Invoices (CI) from the factory, record corresponding costs in SAP, and generate Purchase Orders (PO).
- Train distributors on the order management system, ensuring proper and efficient handling of the platform.
- Register Sales Orders (SO) in the order management system and support billing tasks as required by the sales department.
- Coordinate with sales and finance teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the order and invoicing process.
- Analyze order-related data and optimize processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor´s Degree in Adminitration, Industrial Engineer, International Trade or related fields
- MAXIMUM 3
years of experience in the activities mentioned - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially
intermediate Excel
, with the ability to handle large data sets. - Professional proficiency in the English language
- Experience with
SAP or order management systems
is a plus
