Purpose of the role:
As
OTC Innovation Lead for LATAM
, you will lead the development and execution of breakthrough strategies that bring new products to life across multiple markets. This is a high-impact role where creativity meets business acumen, influencing cross-functional teams and delivering growth for iconic brands.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver innovation plan for the defined BMCs (Colombia, Brazil Mexico) based on consumer centric approach
- Maximize innovation into rest of LATAM based on markets Range & Innovation assestments with local teams (LEC, Colombia, Peru).
- Ensure on time presentations of innovation projects through required BU governance.
- Partner with multifuntional teams to ensure proper progression of all innovation projects for on-time and on-full delivery against plans: ensure aligment among all areas for flawless execution.
- Recommend, align, and drive business case assumptions by leveraging on all business levers to ensure maximization and scale up of opportunities.
