JOB DESCRIPTION

Cuatrecasas is seeking a lawyer with four to six years of experience to join the Corporate/Real Estate Practice at our Barcelona office. We are looking for a person who wants to manage clients and cases in a top-tier legal environment and who has a passion for and is committed to the practice of law.

DUTIES  

• The successful candidate will join the Corporate Practice team and collaborate with all types of commercial matters: real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other commercial transactions.
  

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• From 4 to 6 years' experience in commercial law focused on corporate/real estate practice
  
• Passion for and commitment to the practice of law
  
• Good academic record
  
• Advanced English, minimum C1 level
  
• Other languages will be valued
