【Key Responsibilities】

• 1.Asset Management:Maintain a comprehensive inventory of company assets.Track asset lifecycles, including acquisitions, depreciation, and disposals.Implement a systematic approach to asset categorization and tagging.
• 2.Receiving and Shipping:Oversee the receiving process for incoming shipments.Ensure accurate and timely shipment of products to customers.Collaborate with shipping carriers and vendors to optimize logistics operations.
• 3.Inbound and Outbound Logistics:Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities.Monitor transportation costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.Ensure compliance with shipping and customs regulations.
• 4、Shelf Management:Organize and maintain efficient storage and shelving systems.Conduct regular stock checks to prevent overstocking or shortages.Optimize shelf layouts for easy access and product retrieval.
• 5、Stock Tracking:Implement robust stock tracking systems and software.Conduct regular stock audits to reconcile physical inventory with records.Investigate and resolve discrepancies in stock levels.
• 6、Reconciliation:Perform regular reconciliations of financial records with inventory data.Identify discrepancies and work towards resolving them promptly.Generate reports to track and report on reconciliation results.

【Qualifications】

• College degree or higher in any field.Proven experience in asset management, logistics, or inventory control.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• 固定资产管理、保证资产信息准确、资产出入库、调拨及盘点,数据分析;fixed asset management, to ensure accurate asset information, asset out of storage, and inventory allocation, data analysis;
• 根据国家法律法规和行业法规和制度,制定公司文件管理制度和程序,定期更新和管理执行情况。As per the state laws and regulations and industry regulations and system, develop the management system and procedure for company documents, regularly update and manage the execution status.
• 负责公司电子文档管理系统中管理文档导入、查询与维护的管理。Be responsible for management of inputting, search and maintenance of management documents in company .
• 负责组织公司项目资料的收集、整编、验收。Be responsible for collection, sorting out and inspection and acceptance of company project documents.
• 负责公司档案的收集、整理、分类、归档、统计、鉴定、销毁、借阅工作。Be responsible for collection, sorting out, classification, archiving, statistics, and identification, destroy and borrow of company document.
• 负责公司文档库房的日常管理。Be responsible for daily management of company document warehouse.
• 负责工具书和外来资料的登记、管理。Be responsible for registration and management of references books and external information.
• 负责公司库房的日常管理、文档设备、设施的管理。Be responsible for daily management, management of document equipment and facilities of company warehouse.
• 及时完成上级经理分配的其他工作。Complete other jobs assigned by superior manager in a timely manner.
• 经历:库房及物流管理经验1年以上,或大型生产企业相关工作经验1年以上。Experience: At least 1 year experience in warehouse and logistics management, or at least 1 year experience in large manufacturing enterprises.
• 办公软件和文档管理系统Being skilled at applying Microsoft office software(word、power point、excel) and document management system .
• 素质:熟练使用计算机,掌握办公自动化操作。Quality: Familiar with computer usage, and master Microsoft Office.
• 具有团队精神和主动性。The availability of team spirit and initiative in working.
• 具有良好的人际关系和沟通意识及能力。Good consciousness and ability in relationship and communication with others.
