At Equivity, we believe in creating a workplace where every team member thrives. We're seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Support to bring their unique talents to our collaborative and supportive environment.

What You'll Do:

  • You will have direct contact with American clients to support them and provide solutions.
  • Assist clients in resolving their immediate issues.
  • Use technological platforms to provide the best support.
  • Answer messages on Facebook. Google, LinkedIn, calls, and customer orders.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Administration or related field.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written)
  • Passion for customer service
  • Familiarity with social platforms

  • Salary- 30,000 pesos per month (gross salary)

  • Monday-Friday 6:00 am- 2:30 pm PT. (On-site)
  • Sunday- 6:00am-2:30pm PT. (Work from home)
