JOB DESCRIPTION:
Payment Review Specialist – Virtual Cards
Location - Mexico
Temporary contract
Job Summary:
We are integrated under P2P (Purchase to Pay). This position is not dedicated to payment to suppliers but focuses on reviewing the financial part of payments through virtual cards. Occasionally, you may need to make payments using this method.
Responsibilities:
- Review payment incidents using multiple internal systems:
- Atlas 11g and Atlas 2.0
- SAP
- Bank payment platforms (external web)
- Tableau
- Prepare reconciliation and payment proposals to credit institutions (banks) offering virtual card products.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliation of VCC-related accounts.
Skillset and Experience Required:
- Accounting Background: Understanding of balance sheet operations and payment proposal preparation.
- Excel Expertise: Advanced knowledge, including pivot tables.
- Languages: English – medium level.
