The Program
Manager, Product Compliance,
will lead cross-functional compliance initiatives, overseeing timelines, scope, and resources to deliver complex projects on time and within budget. This role partners closely with engineering, quality, legal, and external regulatory teams to streamline compliance processes and drive continuous improvement. What You'll Do
- Lead product compliance workstreams across multiple projects, ensuring all new and existing products meet applicable global safety and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate testing, certification, and documentation efforts with internal cross-functional teams and external partners, labs, certification bodies, and regulatory agencies.
- Translate regulatory, standards, and certification requirements into clear technical guidance for cross-functional execution teams.
- Maintain organized compliance records, test plans, risk assessments, and design documentation to support audits, renewals, and global market access.
- Support root-cause investigations and corrective actions related to compliance failures, test issues, or certification challenges.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce delays, streamline submissions, and enhance overall compliance readiness.
- Partner with stakeholders and delivery teams to identify, design, and deploy scalable compliance processes and tools.
- Drive execution of strategic compliance workstreams as prioritized by Engineering leadership.
- Identify opportunities for improvement within the Product Compliance function and implement scalable solutions
What You Need
- 4-7 years of experience in a project/program management capacity
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field. - Technical Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office
- Experience with project management software such as Planview, Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar tools
- Knowledge of engineering/technical processes, process improvement, and change management techniques
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional projects
- Understanding of engineering operations and technical project management techniques
- Experience with product compliance and regulatory processes is a plus
- Physical Demands:
- Ability to sit up to 8 hours per day, with walking and standing required frequently
- Visual acuity is required to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, reading documents, reports, and emails
- Repetitive hand movements for tasks like typing or assembly
- Amount of Travel Required: Up to 10% travel required
