Job Description

Are you looking for a jumpstart in the telecommunications field? Our IT team is looking for you

As Telecom Technician I, you will be responsible for reviewing information regarding telephone, fax and internet services, mainly focused in tracking late payments, making sure services are paid and/or canceled in a timely manner and supporting with IT projects and administrative duties.

  • Telecom billing management

  • Processing invoices

  • Billing reports
  • Constant communication with vendors and Accounts Payable

  • Refund requests

  • Telecom services management

  • Inventory reports

  • Services quoting and acquisition

  • Services cancellation

  • Telecom services install coordination

  • Communications with branches and IT/Network/Facilities departments

  • Troubleshooting system issues. Such as but not limited to:

  • Failed inbound and outbound calls

  • Faxing issues

  • Basic knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)

Requirements

Experience/skills:

  • 6 months to 1 year experience with price quoting and accounting duties
  • Customer service oriented
  • Full time availability
  • Negotiation skills
  • Problem solver
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organization skills

Specialized knowledge:

  • MS Office
  • Troubleshooting
  • CISCO
  • Telecom Services

Language: Advanced English level (C1 and above)
