JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Remite las quejas sobre fallas del producto o servicio a los departamentos correspondientes para su investigación.
  • Coordina las necesidades de servicio del cliente con otros departamentos según sea necesario para garantizar la atención.
  • Puede recibir pedidos.
  • Aplica cinta de enmascarar sobre piezas y áreas que no deben recubrirse.
  • Mezcla pinturas según los códigos de color.
  • Rellena cavidades y abolladuras con masilla para obtener una superficie lisa.
