Asesor de ventas para nuestra tienda THE NORTH FACE MASARYK
¿A quién buscamos?
Escolaridad: Bachillerato concluido
Experiencia mínima indispensable de 6 meses a 1 año operación de tienda, entrada y salida de producto, prevención de merma, ventas, atencion a cliente.
Facilidad de palabra
Manejar kpis (Conversión, artículo por ticket, ticket promedio)
Excelente actitud de servicio
Disponibilidad de horario
¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?
Comunicacion efectiva con los clientes
Ventas
Acomodo de mercancia, limpieza de tienda
Manejar alto volumen de inventario
¿Qué ofrecemos?
Sueldo Base $ 8,364
Atractivo esquema de comisiones 1.5 y 2% indivudual
Prestaciones de Ley desde el 1er día
Reparto de utilidades conforme a la ley
Contrato directo por la empresa con opcion a crecimiento a mediano plazo
Descuento de empleado todas nuestras tiendas
Dos horas de comida
Descanso: 1 y Medio día entre semana.
