Job Description:

Confie Tijuana is seeking Bilingual Customer Service Agents (English / Haitian Creole) to support a large multi-campus healthcare system. This role is essential for enhancing patient experience, streamlining communication, and supporting operational efficiency across various contact center functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for:
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Billing inquiries
  • Physician referrals
  • Class and seminar registrations
  • Assist clients with questions about their health insurance.
  • Deliver friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable support to help customers navigate their policy details.
  • Provide effective solutions, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Thrive in problem-solving scenarios and grow professionally within the healthcare industry.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Haitian Creole (mandatory).
  • Minimum B2 level of English.
  • Proven experience in customer service (call center experience preferred).
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Full-time availability, including any day of the week (with scheduled days off).
  • Valid Mexican documents.
  • Minimum education: High School Diploma.
  • On-site candidates only (residing in Tijuana, Rosarito, or Tecate).
