Bilingual Customer Service Agent - Confie Tijuana

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with general inquiries related to their auto insurance policies, ensuring clarity and confidence in their coverage
  • Deliver friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable support, helping customers navigate their policy details with ease
  • Respond to questions and provide effective solutions, contributing to a smooth and positive customer experience
  • Thrive in problem-solving scenarios, consistently delivering outstanding service while growing professionally within the insurance industry

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service, highly regarded if acquired in a call center setting,
  • Strong English skills (B2 level or higher),
  • Basic computer knowledge, and
  • Full-time availability.

You must be available to work any day of the week (you'll have scheduled days off, of course).

You also need to have valid Mexican documents to be eligible for employment.
