Manufacturing Engineering Team Lead

The
Manufacturing Engineering Team Lead
plans, directs, and coordinates the activities of process engineering / industrial engineering, manufacturing services, facilitating efficient operations across the organization.

You Will

  • Assess cost effectiveness and feasibility of manufacturing processes; make recommendations to reduce cost and improve efficiency.
  • Manage process operations, ensuring all work is performed and according to quality and safety standards.
  • Oversee manufacturing services, order processing, coordinate order and engineering changes.
  • Lead the evaluation and execution of Capital Plan, capacity expansion, NPI's, equipment renovations.
  • Prepare and implement the budget for tooling, equipment, services.
  • Assess of Operational Excellence System and define strategies to improve performance.
  • Define and lead productivity plan and efforts, collaboration with finance to analyze and approve improvements.
  • Partner with local and remote teams of planning, quality, design.

Qualifications:.

  • Experience with plant engineering, industrial engineering, and tooling.
  • In a positive manner despite challenges to deliverables, and resources.
  • Experience in electronic manufacturing processes (SMT and Backend).

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience in manufacturing engineering field.
  • Minimum 2+ years as Manufacturing Engineering Team Lead or similar experience.
  • Black belt certification desired.
