Regional Sales Manager - Specialty
responsable de asegurar el cumplimiento del presupuesto de ventas de la línea, liderando el desarrollo comercial en nichos clave, sobre la industria de la salud y bienestar.
Responsabilidades
- Prospección, demostración, negociación y cierre de ventas.
- Activaciones con el objetivo mostrar valor del producto.
- Seguimiento postventa y fidelización de clientes.
- Gestión de cuenta clave y socio estratégicos.
- Manejo de CRM (HubSpot): funnel de ventas, oportunidades, seguimiento.
- Planeación comercial y cumplimiento de indicadores.
Requisitos
- Experiencia comprobable en ventas consultivas, preferentemente en sectores donde la tecnología, el bienestar o el rendimiento humano son componentes clave del producto o servicio.
- Deseable experiencia en comercialización de soluciones técnicas o equipos especializados que requieran demostración, asesoría personalizada y seguimiento postventa con marcas reconocidas en el ámbito del equipamiento profesional o tecnológico orientado al bienestar físico.
- Inglés intermedio-avanzado (mínimo B2).
