Program Manager, COO Business Operations

We have an opportunity for a Program Manager to join our COO Business Operations team, reporting to the Manager of Business Operations. In this hybrid role, you will own and lead a portfolio of strategic COO programs that drive operational excellence, business transformation, and company-wide impact.

You will act as a key partner to the COO and COO leadership team, shaping and driving programs that span new product introductions, go-to-market strategies, operational maturity, and enterprise applications. You will design and implement scalable business processes, establish governance, and drive best practices across lines of business. This is a critical, high-profile role with the opportunity to direct transformational change and influence company strategy.

Be a Contributor — What You'll Do

  • COO-focused responsibilities
  • Serve as Program Manager for the COO organization, owning the roadmap, structure, and execution of major COO programs and initiatives
  • Define and execute the strategy and operating model for the COO SharePoint site as the central hub for COO communications, resources, and program information
  • Drive adoption and continuous improvement of the COO SharePoint site, including stakeholder engagement plans, content strategy, change management, and usage analytics
  • Establish and run COO-wide governance cadences, such as operating reviews, portfolio reviews, and program health checks

Strategic program leadership

  • Work with the COO and senior leaders across Finance, IT  and other key functions to shape and lead complex business transformation programs
  • Design, build, and drive strategy and operational plans that deliver against company and COO objectives, proactively identifying gaps, dependencies, and risks, and driving mitigation plans to closure
  • Drive functional and cross-portfolio alignment across initiatives, ensuring prioritization, resourcing, and execution trade-offs are well understood and communicated
  • Set clear program success metrics, build dashboards, and provide executive-ready reporting on outcomes, risks, and ROI
  • Lead change management efforts for major COO initiatives, ensuring stakeholders are prepared, trained, and supported during periods of organizational change
  • Partner across the PMO to set and evolve world-class program management standards, tools, and methodologies for the company

Thought leadership and influence

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the COO and program sponsors on program strategy, trade-offs, and organizational implications
  • Champion the use of data and AI-driven insights to improve decision-making, operational efficiency, and program outcomes
  • Mentor and coach other program and project managers, helping elevate program management capabilities across the organization

Be Prepared — What You Bring

  • Minimum of 8 years experience in program/project management, business operations, or management consulting, including leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs across multiple functions and business units
  • Proven track record of owning and delivering complex program portfolios end-to-end, from strategy and business case to implementation and measurable business outcomes
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence and align senior leaders and stakeholders, including the ability to simplify complexity and drive decisions
  • Demonstrated leadership skills — direct or matrix — including mentoring other program managers, driving change and leading cross-functional teams
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities; comfort with building and interpreting dashboards, KPIs, and financial or operational models
  • Deep background in operations with familiarity across multiple business processes (e.g., Engineering, Product, Sales, Marketing, lead to cash, procure to pay, support, professional services)
  • Experience with the SaaS business model and modern go-to-market motions; understanding of routes to market such as hyperscalers, OEM, licensing, and managed service providers (MSPs)
  • Experience leveraging AI tools and automation to drive program insights, efficiency, and scale is strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required; MS/MBA, PMP, or other advanced certifications a plus

Be Successful — Your Path

  • First 90 Days: Immerse in Infoblox culture, build relationships across the COO org and key partner functions, and establish a clear understanding of the COO program portfolio, OKRs, and SharePoint footprint
  • Six Months: Own and drive a set of strategic COO programs to measurable milestones; operationalize OKR and governance cadences; demonstrate clear improvements in COO SharePoint adoption and engagement
  • One Year: Be seen as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for strategic COO programs at Infoblox, influencing business direction and driving transformational outcomes across the company

Our culture thrives on inclusion, rewarding the bold ideas, curiosity, and creativity that move us forward. In a community where every voice counts, continuous learning is the norm. So, whether you code, create, sell, or care for customers, you'll grow and belong here.

  • Comprehensive health coverage, generous PTO, and flexible work options
  • Learning opportunities, career-mobility programs, and leadership workshops
  • Sixteen paid volunteer hours each year, global employee resource groups, and a "No Jerks" policy that keeps collaboration healthy
  • Modern offices with EV charging, healthy snacks (and the occasional cupcake), plus hackathons, game nights, and culture celebrations
  • Charitable Giving Program supported by Company Match
